Karnataka IT Minister Priyank Kharge today flayed the central government for continuously being "rhetorical" and claimed it did not have a concrete agenda to put an end to the H-1B impasse.

Infosys to open four centres in United States, plans to hire 10,000
India-based IT services firm Infosys Ltd said late on Monday that it plans to hire 10,000 American workers in the next two years and open four technology centres in the United States, starting with a centre this August in Indiana, the home state of Vice President Mike Pence.
